Our mission and our team

Mission

Although the clinic offers general medicine services, Créa-MeD stands out by developing three particular services:

  • Regenerative medicine allowing to address menopause and andropause related issues to help reduce the impact of aging
  • Genetic medicine to better manage the future of your health
  • The development and use of new technologies for our patients to access and control their medical information

Créa-MeD is dedicated to keeping up and following up on your results regardless of their nature. In doing so, we aim to reduce undue patient stress and ensure that the communication of results has been successful. You trust us with your health; in return we believe we should be held accountable for delivering all of your results promptly and efficiently.

After completing her medical degree at the university of Calgary, Dr. Mardinger moved to Montreal where she completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the Jewish General Hospital amidst the COVID-19 pandemic (2022). Driven by her strong interest in medical research, she also completed a M.Sc. in Medical Sciences remotely at the University of Calgary in parallel to her residency. Her thesis focused on surgical quality improvement and demonstrated the use of a novel software application to automate the laborious work of scoping reviews.

Of note, Dr. Mardinger has a particular interest in minor surgeries and brings with her over a year of surgical experience from before her residency training in Family Medicine. By offering a broad range of minor procedures in her practice, Dr. Mardinger hopes to help patients avoid long wait times for specialist referral. There are many benefits of procedures performed by general practitioners, including cost effectiveness, decreased waitlist volumes, and improved patient satisfaction. This also allows our specialist colleagues to manage a higher volume of urgent referrals.
